How I can help
I use motivational interviewing to strengthen your own motivation for change, without pressure, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify triggers and build relapse-prevention strategies. We also work on what lies beneath the use, such as stress, anxiety or trauma.
What to expect
Together we define your goals, whether that is stopping or reducing harm, and build a realistic plan. If needed, I can help you find other levels of care.
